Candice has been on Team Tobin for over 15 years. She has extensive, in-depth knowledge of what it takes to keep things running smoothly at Tobin. Prior to assisting Louie Granteed, Candice was a Project Manager in the accounting department, which gave her exposure to almost every area of Tobin. Her hands-on style to become engaged in every step of the leasing process and transaction management make her a tremendous asset to Tobin Real Estate and Team Tobin today. She focuses on providing exceptional customer service to tenants and clients alike.
Candice currently holds a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license. In her spare time, Candice enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending time with her family. On any given weekend, you can find her playing catch on the beach, grilling on her patio, or breaking a sweat outdoors.
