Hollywood, FL – August 3, 2022 – Tobin Construction today announced the commencement of a complete interior buildout for a stand alone structure that will soon be home to a Verizon Wireless outparcel in Sunrise, FL.

The site, located at 13705 West Sunrise Boulevard and a former bank, boasts 3,870 square feet of retail space and will serve current and future Verizon customers with a modernized open floor plan that include decorative millwork and signage, LED high energy cost savings lighting and controls, demolition of existing bank drive-thru, structural repair, and site work including landscaping and parking.

Led by Tobin’s Vice President of Construction Robert De Torres, the project will be a new prototype Verizon store. Work is expected to commence at the end of September 2022 and is expected to be completed beginning of 2023.
